Our holiday apartments in Schenna
All of our holiday apartments in Schenna near Meran are lavishly, bright and full of comfort. To secure you a relaxing vacation all of our holiday apartments have a double bedroom and a big living-room with a sofa bed. Furthermore Sat-TV, a radio and a safe belong to the facilities. The kitchenette is well equipped. You will find a fridge, two cooking plates, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, plenty of dishes, cutlery and even tea towels. In the spacious bathrooms you will find double wash basins, shower/bath and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate. Every holiday apartment has either a balcony or a terrace, which has a size of 10-18m². All apartments face Merano and the surrounding mountains.

Schenna „Primavera Card“
From 1st March to 17th May 2012 Schenna guests will get the Schenna Primavera Card. With the Schenna Primavera Card you have lots of advantages: free admission and use of many tourist attractions – all inclusive!
Holders of the Schenna Primavera Card can use the following cable cars for free:
- cable car Meran 2000 (from 1st March to 9th April 2012 and from 28th April to 17th May 2012)
- cable car Hirzer (from 1st April to 17th May 2012)
- chairlift Tall-Grube (from 1st April to 17th May 2012)
- cable car Falzeben - Meran 2000 (from 1st April to 9th April 2012 and from 28th April to 17th May 2012)
In addition to this you can utilize the cable car to Vöran, Mölten, Jenesien and Ritten as often as you want. Also all public transports in South Tyrol are included without limitation. That means free ride with all buses and trains in South Tyrol.
With this all-inclusive card you can visit about 80 museums in South Tyrol once; for example the Castle Tirol, the Museum of Archaeology with "Ötzi" the Iceman, the Messner Mountain Museums and much more.
The Schenna Primavera Card enables you also to join selected events of the Schenna Tourist Board for free.
You will get the Schenna Primavera Card exclusively in selected hotels and guest houses in Schenna and only in spring. As a guest of a participant establishment you will receive the card from your host also for only one overnight stay, and it may be used only by the person whose name is indicated on the card. The Schenna Primavera Card is not for sale. Children up to 6 years don’t need a card.

Further price information
- When staying 7 days or more the final cleaning will not be charged extra. If you will stay less than 7 days and/or wish your apartment to be cleaned in the meantime an extra charge of € 30,- applies.
- All prices are per apartment and per day by an occupancy of 1-2 people.
- Further charges apply for the following:
- Children up to age 6 are frees,
- Children up to age 12 € 5,- per day,
- Teenager 12 or older and adults € 10,- per day.
Service and conditions
- We are open all year round.
- Daily arrival and departure possible.
- Inhouse WLAN connection included.
- Bread roll service by request.
- Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring your dog, a charge of € 10,- per day applies.
- If desired a single car garage for € 10,- per day is available.
- Apartment equipment such as dishes, Sat-TV, radio, coffee machine, dishwasher and safe, as well as electricity, water, central heating, 10% tax and spa tax are already included in the basic price.
- Laundry such as towels, bed linen and tea towels are usable and will be exchanged free of charge.
- On the day of departure you have to leave the apartment by 10am.
- There is an extra charge of 2%, if you should use EC, etc cards for payment.
- On the day of arrival the apartment will be ready from 2pm.
- The booking is compulsive once you have re-confirmed.
- Cancellation of the apartment needs to be done in writing. If cancelled at short notice or in case of an early departure 100% of the room rate will be charged. If we will be able to re-let the cancelled apartment these costs will not be charged.
Terms of Cancellation
In general are the EU standards for cancellation of hotel residences or journeys valid. A free of charge cancellation is possible up to 60 days before the arranged arrival date.
- In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arranged arrival date we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the arranged apartment price.
- In case of cancellation from the 29th day before the arranged arrival date or Non-arrival, we charge a 60 % cancellation fee of the arranged apartment price.
- In case of cancellation up to 20 days before the arranged arrival date, in case of non-arrival, or delayed arrival or advanced departure we charge 100 % of the arranged apartment price.
Cancellations are accepted with reciprocal confirmation.
We strongly advice you to arrange a travel cancellation insurance in case you will not be able to go on your planned holiday, that way you will not have to pay any cancellation fee.
